Churidar leggings

Churidar leggings, or churidars, derive their name from the word 'churi', meaning 'bangle'. These leggings have very long legs. The bunched-up fabric is designed to 'bangle' around the ankles to look like soft jewellery - a very traditional Indian look.

The upper part of these leggings are quite roomy - Indian ladies mostly wear a kurta, or a dress, over the top of the pants, and the looseness adds to daily comfort. Something to bear in mind if you are a very slim yogini :)

This is a lovely authentic quality product that will last you for years of yoga practice.
