In Kundalini practice, a shawl is often used to contain energy and maintain warmth during meditation, supporting stillness and presence. The Pashmina Shawl with Pink Accent offers both function and subtle expression — with the pink tone reflecting openness, compassion, and heart-centred awareness while honouring traditional practice.

Pashmina got its name from the Persian word “pashm” meaning “soft gold”. We know it well for its softness, lightness, warmth, elegance and timelessness. This type of wool is the most luxurious fibre. Pashmina is much softer than superfine Merino wool of the same diameter. Pashmina wool is also feather-like in lightness, and has a superb ability to absorb dyes and moisture. On an equal weight basis, Pashmina has three times more insulating capacity than wool.

These Pashmina shawls are made with the fine down fibres of the goat’s undercoat. This is why pashmina has to be hand-processed and woven into the end products. Therefore, the quality of the finished garment is dependent upon the skill level of the artisans. The expert craftsmanship and the rarity of the wool are the reasons for the relatively high cost. Hence these luxurious items are often acquired as gifts, or at least as treasured ‘forever’ items.

The incredible warmth factor stems from the super-low winter temperatures of the regions where these goats live. They are native to the mountainous northern India.

Kundalini yogis and yoginis have traditionally favoured this ultra-fine material. The shawl's light weight makes it perfect for travel.

Despite the generous size (204cm x 78cm) they weigh in at only 80g.

This lovely product is also available with blue accent. 

Care notes:

Dry cleaning is recommended. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight is to be avoided. This will maintain the vibrancy of the colours.

“No Worries” Returns Policy

Yep. Returns happen. It’s ok. If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return the item/s to Kundalini Whites within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price, credit or exchange, of all purchases within Australia. Refunds on returned items purchased under a “Free Shipping” promotion will attract a charge for the initial shipping cost.

Please Note: We are more than happy to exchange marked Clearance items for another size (if we have it in stock), but unfortunately, we are unable to offer Refunds on Clearance items.

All returned products must be:

• unused & unwashed

• undamaged

• all labels still attached

• returned within 14 days of delivery (proof of delivery date will be required)

• in a saleable condition.

If, after more than 30 days since receipt, goods are found to be defective or damaged, normal warranty conditions for the goods will apply. Any refund or exchange after this period will be at our discretion.

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item – No problem – we are happy to arrange this for you. Just email us with what you are interested in taking as a replacement with the item code number, size and colour. We will then put the item/s aside until we receive your returned item and thus take the worry out of missing out on your selection.

What if a product is faulty?

We are confident in the quality of our manufacturing and packaging and trust that the item you choose will arrive without fault. However, on the rare occasion this does happen please email info@kundaliniwhites.com.au explaining the problem. We can then either refund the cost of the item or replace it provided a replacement is in stock.

How do I return products to Kundalini Whites?

Simply fill in the Return & Exchange form which arrived with your goods, place it with the goods in a satchel or bubble wrap bag addressed to us, and send.

If it is a ‘change of mind or size’, you pay the postage. Please include self-addressed return post satchel if an exchange is to take place. If the item is faulty, we pay the postage. Please take care when returning items as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit – you may want to consider using registered post.
