This Gyan Mudra pendant has been lovingly created by a small workshop silversmith.
Mudras, or hand positions, give messages to the mind/body energy system. This takes place via reflex connections between the hands and the brain. It is said that Gyan Mudra stimulates knowledge and wisdom within you. Furthermore, it creates inner calm.
