This unisex Kundalini Cap was specifically designed for us Kundalini yogis. It fits most heads snugly and comfortably, and stays on firmly.
Head sizes do not vary much but we do make two combo sizes, both of which are stretchy, to bridge the size gap if required.
The vast majority of people would be comfortable in the S/M size.
S/M : Length crown-to-brim 18cm Circumference 48cm (good fit for most, up to 55cm) L/XL : Length crown-to-brim 18cm Circumference 52cm (if head circumference is >55cm)
The yarn is quality 100% cotton. The crotchet technique is open and light. Hence the mesh-like weave allows for a flexible fit. We also make this yoga beanie in 100% pure wool for the chilly months; you can choose at the checkout.
If you prefer a shorter/shallower yoga beanie - more like a skull cap - please get in touch and we can tailor-make one for you.
Care instructions: Hand-washing of cotton caps is recommended but the most gentle ‘delicates’ cycle on your washing machine is ok, too. Wringing is not wise. However, you can use a towel to absorb some moisture, and then air dry away from direct sun.
Woollen caps are better off dry cleaned. Wool resists dirt and staining better than cotton anyway, so this doesn't need to happen very often.
